Experience and Leadership Matters
Kris Kolligian is the founder and president of Precision Built Inc. He brings over three decades of construction management experience in both residential and commercial ground-up construction to each job. He has worked for some of the industry’s largest international organizations as well as several local boutique firms and was a member of each of their management teams.
In these positions, he gained experience in personnel management & development, pre-construction services, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction and project close-outs. He has extensive experience working with local towns, municipalities, agencies, and permitting and zoning boards.
For the last 11 years, Kris and Precision Built have been delivering quality custom homes and renovations with outstanding customer service, and excellent attention to detail. Kris believes there is no substitution for personal attention to each client. For that reason, he has chosen to take on projects only when he can personally connect to them. Having direct involvement ensures that no detail goes unnoticed and that every clients' experience is positive, professional and gratifying. He is extremely proud of the quality of work his company produces and the relationships he has built.
Global Community Connection: Haiti
I helped lead groups from the St. Dunstan’s church in Dover, MA in humanitarian visits to Haiti, the first being months after the 2010 earthquake devastated the country. On my first visit, we helped a church and school in Cap Hatien by refurbishing classrooms, building and fixing furniture, painting and other maintenance needs. Later, I co-chaired an effort to raise funds and construct a new school for more than 200 students, which opened in 2016. The devastation and the poverty was overwhelming. But somehow, the children were upbeat and optimistic. Every morning they would enter the bright blue gates of the school, and their lives and expressions, and personalities would change instantly. With huge smiles, they embraced their day excited to be safe and ready to learn. Knowing we made a difference in these children's lives was immensely gratifying.
